Learn how to build a professional event registration page in Cotonity in minutes, from the setup wizard to publishing and sharing your unique URL.

Getting Started with Event Pages

Creating an event registration page in Cotonity takes just a few minutes. Navigate to the Events section in your dashboard and click "New Event." You'll be guided through a step-by-step wizard that covers your event name, date, time, and location. Cotonity automatically generates a clean, mobile-friendly registration page based on your inputs. You can preview the page at any point before publishing, ensuring everything looks exactly right before your first attendee sees it. The page is hosted on Cotonity's infrastructure, so there's nothing to deploy or maintain on your end.

Configuring Event Details

Once inside the event editor, fill in all relevant details: the event title, a short tagline, a longer description, the date and time (including timezone), and the venue or virtual meeting link. You can upload a cover image or banner that will appear at the top of the registration page. Cotonity supports both single-day and multi-day events. If your event spans multiple sessions, you can define each session independently. All details are editable after publishing, so you can update the page if plans change without losing existing registrations.

Customizing the Page Design

Cotonity offers a set of pre-built design themes that match your brand. Under the "Design" tab of the event editor, choose a color scheme, font pairing, and layout style. You can upload your organization's logo, which will appear in the header. Advanced users can inject custom CSS for pixel-perfect control. The page layout is fully responsive and tested across major browsers and devices. Once satisfied with the design, click "Publish" to make the registration page live and share the unique URL with your audience through email, social media, or your website.

Sharing and Embedding Your Page

After publishing, Cotonity provides a shareable link you can distribute anywhere. You can also embed the registration form directly into your existing website using a simple iframe or JavaScript snippet — both options are found under the "Share" tab. If you use a custom domain, you can map your Cotonity event page to a subdomain like events.yourcompany.com for a fully branded experience. Track page views and conversion rates from the Analytics panel to understand how well your promotional efforts are driving registrations.
