Generate and download run reports, conversation transcripts, and analytics exports — and schedule recurring report deliveries to your inbox or a data destination.
The Analytics export center
Navigate to Analytics → Export Center to access all data export capabilities. The Export Center has three tabs: Reports (pre-built summary reports), Raw Logs (granular event-level exports from Activity Logs), and Conversation Transcripts (full turn-by-turn text for agent conversations). Each tab lists available export types with a description, a sample of the columns or fields included, and buttons to configure and download. Pro and Business plan users can access all three tabs; Free plan users have access only to Reports and can export data for the current month only.
Pre-built reports
The Reports tab includes five pre-built report types: Monthly Usage Summary (runs per agent, model tier distribution, total token consumption), Error Analysis (top error messages, affected agents, frequency trends), Integration Health (uptime and error rates per connected integration), Agent Performance (response time percentiles, user satisfaction scores if feedback is enabled), and Billing Reconciliation (run count per billing period with cost breakdown). To generate a report, click the report type, choose the date range, and click "Generate". Reports are ready within seconds for ranges up to 90 days and within a few minutes for longer ranges.
Conversation transcript exports
If your agents handle conversational interactions — for example, a customer support chatbot — you may need to export conversation transcripts for quality review or compliance auditing. Go to Analytics → Export Center → Conversation Transcripts. Select the agents whose transcripts you want, the date range, and the output format (CSV or JSON). You can also filter transcripts by outcome — for instance, only export conversations flagged as unresolved, or those with a user satisfaction score below 3. Transcripts are pseudonymized by default: end-user identifiers are replaced with hashed IDs unless you explicitly enable PII inclusion (which requires Admin role).
Scheduling recurring report deliveries
Rather than manually exporting reports each week, you can schedule automated deliveries. Click "Schedule Delivery" on any report or export configuration. Set the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), the day and time, the recipient email addresses, and the file format. You can also configure delivery to a cloud storage destination — Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob Storage — by entering the bucket/container URL and credentials under Settings → Integrations → Storage Destinations. Scheduled deliveries are listed under Analytics → Scheduled Exports, where you can edit or cancel them.
