Use Cotonity's multi-event dashboard, tags, portfolios, bulk operations, and team permission controls to run large event programs without losing oversight.
The Multi-Event Dashboard
When you manage more than a handful of events, the default event list becomes harder to navigate. Cotonity's multi-event dashboard offers a structured view of all your upcoming, live, and past events with key metrics visible at a glance: registration count, capacity utilization, and days until the event. You can filter by status, format, date range, team member owner, or custom tags you've applied to events. Pinning your most active events to the top of the list keeps the most important work front and center without scrolling through your entire catalogue.
Organizing Events with Tags and Portfolios
Use tags to categorize events by theme, audience, product line, or region. Tags are freeform strings you can add to any event from the event settings. Once tagged, you can filter the dashboard, bulk-export data, and configure team permissions by tag group. Portfolios take organization a step further: a Portfolio is a named collection of related events — for example, "Q3 Customer Webinars" or "2026 Conference Series" — that groups events for aggregate reporting. Portfolio-level dashboards show combined registration totals, attendance rates, and feedback scores across all member events.
Bulk Operations and Templates
Cotonity supports bulk operations on multiple events: you can bulk-change owners, bulk-add team members, bulk-export attendee lists, and bulk-apply email template changes to all selected events. Event templates are particularly powerful for teams that run many similar events. Create a master template with your standard form fields, confirmation email, reminder sequence, and branding, then create new events from the template with a single click. Any updates to the template can optionally be pushed to all events created from it, making company-wide changes to email copy or branding straightforward.
Team Collaboration and Permissions
Large event programs often involve multiple team members with different roles. Cotonity's permission system lets you assign event-level roles: Organizer (full access), Editor (can modify event settings and content), and Viewer (read-only access to analytics and attendee data). Team members can be added at the account level or per-event. Activity feeds on each event log every change with a timestamp and the team member who made it, providing a clear audit trail. Notification preferences let each team member choose which events and actions they want to be alerted about, preventing inbox overload on large teams.
